Sapphire is a beautiful bay black girl out of a true black dam and white sire. Sapphire's dam, Tatania, a daughter of Lanark's Espresso and a granddaughter of Peruvian Drambuie (Alianza) is a non-fading true black. The one and only time Tatania was shown she took an easy blue and was very, very close to Reserve Champion in a large class at NAAS 2003. Sapphire's sire, Maple Brook Oro's Prince, is a white full Accoyo Felix son, who has maintained an AFD under 25 and CV under 20 through age 8. Sapphire's fiber is super soft and fine which would make her an absolute asset to any color breeding program.
